Bullingdon POA Learning Centre, in Oxfordshire, was officially opened in 8th. July2009. It was the 12th centre to be set up in England and Wales by the POA and is funded through the Union Learning Fund (ULF) which provides vital assistance to help workers to up-skill by carrying out learning in the workplace.               

Our opening times are listed below:

Monday   8am – 5pm
Tuesday   8am – 5pm
Wednesday  8am – 5pm
Thursday   8am – 5pm
Friday   8am – 4pm

It is open to all personnel employed by or working in the prisons, and is also available for family, friends and local community. Situated outside the main prison in the Staff Mess, the ethos of the centre is to provide a safe and secure environment, welcoming staff and learners develop their skills.
