POA Learning co-ordinates trade union education and lifelong learning opportunities for all Prison and Secure Hospital employees, members of associated unions, friends, family and local communities.

This includes training and development for union reps as well as personal and career development courses ranging from Skills for Life through to professional qualifications and apprenticeships. We also offer Matrix© accredited Information and Careers guidance through our network of Union Learning Reps based in our National and Regional Learning centres.
